Our RESCUE REMEDY Spray combines the five Bach™ Original Flower Remedies, all or which are uniquely sourced from the original gardens identified personally by Dr Bach, close to where he lived and worked in Oxfordshire. The RESCUE REMEDY Spray contains a blend of Bach flower remedies traditionally used to relieve feelings of mild anxiety, nervous tension, stress, agitation and provide a sense of focus and calm.
Simply add two sprays directly to your tongue and repeat as often as required.

Can I mix RESCUE REMEDY® and the Bach™ Original Flower Remedies?
You can add one or two Bach Original Flower Remedies to the core RESCUE REMEDY® formula and tailor it to your individual needs.

Can I take RESCUE® while pregnant or breastfeeding?
