Goodbudget – It’s a clever budget planner that enables you to spend, save and give towards what matters to you. You can also sync and share budgets, save for big expenses and pay off debts.

Argus – This  healthy  lifestyle  app  has  many  functions  that  can  help  you  to  make  positive changes. It can track your steps, act as a calorie counter, monitor your sleep and provide get fit inspiration via a library of workout options

Gratitude – A truly lovely idea. Gratitude is a personal journal app where you can write about things that you are grateful for. Being grateful and expressing gratitude helps to focus your attention on the positive things in your life.

Habit List – Another nifty app to add to your iOS device is Habit List. It has everything you need to reach your goals–providing motivation and helping you to stay focused.

Bloom – If you’re a fan of music, Bloom is for you. It allows you to create unique melodies simply  by  tapping  on  the  screen.  Alternatively,  leave  Bloom  idle  and  a  generative  music player will take over providing compositions with accompanying visualisations.

Weekdone - Weekdone is a team planning app that’s great for helping to make everyone feel  more  connected.  You  can  set  structured  goals,  check  weekly  progress  and  improve your team’s coordination.

Headspace – Headspace is an award-winning app that teaches you how to meditate in just a  few  minutes  a  day. Meditation  has  been  shown  to  help us stress  less,  focus  more and sleep better.

5 Minute Yoga Workout – want to practice yoga more often but can’t find the time? Now you can!  This  app  for  iOS  devices  is  excellent.  Each  session  offers  a  selection  of  simple  but effective poses and the clear images and detailed advice will help you to perform each pose correctly.

The Survival Girls by Ming Holden – You’ll be incredibly moved and inspired by the Survival Girls who turn their stories of abuse into empowerment in the refugee community.

Bossypants by Tina Fey – Comedy queen Ms Fey’s first book is an hilarious and awesome read that will have you weeping with laughter and punching the air with joy in equal measure.

In The Land of Invisible Women by Quanta Ahmed – The power and resilience of women is captured in this compelling book by Dr Quanta Ahmed. Quanta is a western-trained Muslim Pakistani doctor who brings alive what it means for women to live in the Saudi Kingdom.
