Nelsons’ 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Effective: June 15, 2022
At Nelson Bach USA Limited (“Nelsons”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Bach® or Rescue® product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund, replacement product, or coupon for the value of the product within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call us at 1-800-319-9151 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your Product. You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase and provide proof of purchase. In some instances, Nelsons may request that you send the unused portion of the Product back to us. If such request is made, Nelsons will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
Nelsons reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Nelsons concludes that the purchaser has abused the Nelsons 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Nelsons may amend or terminate the Nelsons 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
Buying From Authorized Sellers
When buying on Amazon, please note that we have limited authorized sellers. For Bach® products, our only authorized FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) seller is Pattern doing business through its “iServe” Amazon storefront. For our Rescue® products, our authorized Amazon seller is Amazon.com (Amazon as the retailer). When buying Bach® or Rescue® products on the Walmart or Target online marketplaces, our only authorized seller is Pattern through its “iServe” or “iServe Products” storefronts.
