Keeping Relaxed During the Day
Every day, we face a series of small challenges at work and at home. Sometimes it is easy to deal with these one by one as they occur, but when things get really hectic, keeping relaxed can become a challenge in itself.
So when the pressure is on, what do you do? Get flustered or keep calm and carry on?

Here are our best five tips and ideas to help you get the most out of your busy schedule without feeling fazed or frazzled:
1. Plan Ahead
Planning out your workload and activities for the day can help you to stay focused and keep on top of things. Focus on one job at a time and cross it off your to-do list as you go. 5. Take a Break
When you are rushed off your feet, a break might seem like a luxury you cannot afford. But taking just a few minutes out can really refresh your mind. Try stepping outside for a change of scene and some fresh air to help you to relax, refocus and get back on top of your busy day.
