How to use RESCUE Remedy?

When using the RESCUE Remedy® Dropper, put four drops into a drink of your choice or four drops on your tongue as often as required.

When using the RESCUE Remedy® Spray, activate the spray pump before use. Bring the spray nozzle up to your mouth and apply two sprays onto your tongue. Do not spray into your throat or eyes. Repeat as often as required.

You can add up to six Bach Original Flower Remedies* to the core RESCUE Remedy®* formula and tailor it to your individual needs. However, some products in the RESCUE® range already contain additional ingredients: for those you can add up to five Bach™ Original Flower Remedies*

Are your flowers from The Bach Centre?

The five flower essences used in the original RESCUE® formula are made from plants grown in Dr Edward Bach's former garden at Mount Vernon, Oxfordshire.

Yes, RESCUE Remedy® contains alcohol, however if is used as per the instructions only minimal amounts of alcohol are ingested.
